What do the FBR connection statuses mean?

From Not Configured to Production Ready.

  • Not Configured: no token saved for the selected environment.
  • Credentials Saved: a token is saved but not tested.
  • Connection Error: FBR refused the token or could not be reached.
  • Sandbox Pending: the sandbox connection works; submit a test invoice.
  • Connection Verified: FBR accepted a sandbox invoice from your business.
  • Production Authorization Pending: the production token works and your authorisation is being confirmed.
  • Production Ready: production submissions are enabled.

A saved token alone never shows as connected: the status always reflects a real test with FBR.
