1. The service

FBR Cloud ("the Service") is an online service of MRM Techsol that helps businesses prepare invoices and transmit them to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Digital Invoicing system using the customer's own FBR/PRAL credentials.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, customers, products, tax classifications and invoice content, for obtaining and keeping valid FBR/PRAL authorisation, and for your tax compliance. The Service does not provide tax or legal advice.

3. FBR authorisation

Production submissions are only possible with credentials and authorisation issued to you by FBR/PRAL. FBR Cloud is not an FBR product and does not grant FBR approvals.

4. Accounts and security

Keep your password confidential. Account administrators decide who in their business may access the Service and with which role.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but FBR systems, networks and maintenance may cause interruptions. Invoices whose FBR result is uncertain are reconciled before any resubmission.

6. Subscription

Paid plans, allowances and renewals are described on the pricing page and in your subscription page. Your records remain accessible for download according to these terms.
