The FBR connection test fails
Checking the token, environment and FBR availability.
- Make sure the token matches the environment: a sandbox token does not work in production and vice versa.
- Paste the token without spaces; the word "Bearer" is not needed.
- FBR services are occasionally unavailable; try again later.
- If the error continues, open a support ticket with the time of the test.
